We are located in the heart of Torres del Paine National Park, in the Chilean Patagonia

Getting there

Here is a short guide so you can come and enjoy our natural and cultural reserve.

  1. Flight from Santiago to Punta Arenas.

    The distance from Santiago to Punta Arenas is approximately 3,100 km. The duration of the flight is just over 4 hours. You can take a taxi or shuttle to the city (15 minutes away) from the Punta Arenas airport and catch a regular bus from there. Please note: you can arrange (in advance) for a regular bus to pick you up at the airport and then continue straight on to Puerto Natales (approx. 3 hours).

  2. Bus from Punta Arenas to Puerto Natales.
    There are several bus companies in Punta Arenas with regular service to Puerto Natales, with up to 10 daily departures. The trip takes approx. 3 hours. Please note: you can rent a car in Punta Arenas or Puerto Natales and continue on your trip to Torres del Paine National Park.
  3. Bus from Puerto Natales to Torres del Paine (Laguna Amarga Entrance).
    There are only 2 buses daily from Puerto Natales. The first bus leaves early in the morning and the second bus leaves a little bit after noon. The trip takes approx. 2 hours.
  4. Bus from Laguna Amarga Entrance
    Regular buses stop at the Amarga Lagoon Checkpoint, one of the entry gates to Torres del Paine National Park. You can take one of our buses to Cerro Paine Reserve from here. You will arrive at the Welcome Center after approximately 15 minutes, where we can assist you with whatever you may need.
  1. Flight from Buenos Aires to El Calafate.
    The flight lasts around 3 hours and 15 minutes.
  2. Bus from El Calafate to Puerto Natales..
    There are regular buses between both places. The journey takes approx. 4.5 hours, during which you will cross the border between Argentina and Chile.
  3. Bus from Puerto Natales to Torres del Paine (Laguna Amarga Entrance).
    There are only 2 buses daily from Puerto Natales to the park. The first bus leaves early in the morning and the second leaves a little bit after noon. We advise you to plan your arrival well from El Calafate, as it is very likely that you might need to spend the night in Puerto Natales. The journey takes approx. 2 hours.
  4. Bus from Laguna Amarga Entrance
    Regular buses stop at the Amarga Lagoon Checkpoint, one of the entry gates to Torres del Paine National Park. You can take one of our buses to Cerro Paine Reserve from here. You will arrive at the Welcome Center after about 15 minutes, where we can assist you with whatever you may need.

  2. 2. Bus from Puerto Natales to Torres del Paine (Laguna Amarga Entrance).
    There are only 2 buses daily from Puerto Natales. The first bus leaves early in the morning and the second bus leaves a little bit after noon. We advise you to plan your arrival well from El Calafate, as it is very likely that you might need to spend the night in Puerto Natales. The ride takes approximately 2.5 hours.
